Import schema and structure

Our intelligent CSV parser maps your spreadsheet columns to MapBhoomi inventory fields. The parser supports:

• unit_number: The visual ID of each unit on the site plan (required).
• section_path: Hierarchical location context (e.g. Phase 1/Block A/Floor 2).
• stage_name: The availability stage (Available, Hold, Booked, Sold).
• pricing: Base pricing or total cost.
• external_id: Unique reference key to sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, or internal ERP databases.

Robust data safety

Before modifying records, our importer validates headers, checks stage configuration, and highlights potential formatting conflicts. You can also export your inventory database to CSV at any time for backups or offline reporting.
